Kristen WiltseKristen Wiltse, Media Relations Consultant, manages mainstream and social media communications for all Aquarius Advisers clients. She is also principal and owner of KW Communications, Inc.

With more than 15 years of experience in high technology, digital media and consumer technology, Wiltse has managed successful media relations campaigns for both closely held, aggressive growth start-ups and Fortune 1000 market leaders.

She has established long-term relationships with national business media such as The Wall Street Journal, Fortune and The New York Times; she has working relationship with the thought leaders, editors and reporters in both the technology trade press and consumer technology media; she has managed industry analyst relations for business-to-business technology and consumer tech clients; and she has managed dozens of speakers’ bureau and bylined-article placement programs for clients of all sizes.

A long standing partner to boutique communications firms such as Aquarius Advisers, where she is the principal manager of media relations services for clients, she also manages KW Communications, which handles public relations programs for individual clients in the software-as-a-service, digital video, consumer technology and venture capital markets.

Before Aquarius Advisers and KW Communications, she worked with Aquarius Principals Dave Copithorne, Stephen Cooper and Mel Webster at Porter Novelli and Copithorne & Bellows (C&B), where she was an Account Manager and integral part of the management team of the Boston office, responsible for leadership of client PR programs, new business, and fiscal responsibility for clients in the digital media, enterprise storage, and software and consumer technology sectors. She began her marketing career as a Senior Account Executive for Giles Communications, a New York-based consumer entertainment public relations and marketing communications agency, where she managed communication programs for several divisions of Yamaha Musical Instruments.
